Towels, water, and mats are available for any session!
Do you have a studio? Where will we practice?
I teach from home outdoor space, (max of 3 people), indoor gym space for 1 on 1 or I can come to you!

What precautions are being taken for Covid-19?
Your temperature will be taken prior to session.
Mats are cleaned with hotel grade disinfectant spray after each use and prior to each use.
Sanitizer and hand washing is available
Masks will be worn if in close proximity.
